Visiting the Corrupted Glade while having green hair and one or more penises may give you one or more tentacle penises.The result of letting a Sand Witch put a spell on you is different if you already have sandy blonde hair from an earlier encounter with her.Usually hair color remains an independent cosmetic detail, included in the character description and sometimes displayed in the Character Viewer, but with no effect on other aspects of the game. It is permanent (unles overridden by a new effect) and also affects new hair growth. Hair color also affects the color of any fur and/or feathers the character may gain throughout the game.
